Documents & Information to send to Curran & Berger for your employee's H-1B petition. This checklist does not address the question of whether it is advisable to file an H-1B petition but is intended for current clients who have been referred to this list by Curran & Berger staff. This is a comprehensive list of everything Curran & Berger will need to begin work. We realize you may have sent us some of this information already. In that case, you do not need to send it again. If certain items are difficult or impossible to get, send us as much as you have.
Please provide our office with the following documentation. All documentation not in English must be accompanied by a Certified English translation. Please contact our office if you need a translation certification form.
DOCUMENTS:
- Job offer letter
- Summary of benefits offered to the beneficiary
INFORMATION:
- Main address of business/place of work and address where employee will work (if different)
- List all physical locations where the prospective employee will work
- Federal Tax ID #
- Gross Annual Income for employer
- Total number of employees
- Salary offered to the beneficiary
- Number of employees presently on H-1B
- Number of employees who are U.S. citizens
