Case Status: You can check the status of your case by calling the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283. At the prompt Press #1 for English, then #2 for Pending Cases then to check on the status of your case. You must enter your receipt number in order to be able to access any services via the National Customer Service Center.
