Dan H. Berger - Currently editing the Third Edition of AILA's Immigration Options for Academics and Researches and the AILA Pocket Guide to Diplomatic and NGO-based Visas, both scheduled to come out early 2011
- Was recently named vice-chair of the AILA Healthcare Committee
- Was a speaker at the AILA 2010 Annual Conference June 30 to July 3
- Was a panel speaker at the May 2010 NAFSA Conference in Kansas City
- Spoke at an AILA audio seminar on O-1s for Extraordinary Scientists and Business Persons
- Member of the USCIS liason Committee and on the Arts, Sports, and Entertainment Immigration Taskforce
