The attorneys and paralegals at Curran & Berger are involved in a variety of projects and activities.  In 2007-2008 these include:

  • Presenting at the International Student Employment Workshop at the Simon School to discuss employment categories for international students.
  • Participating in Darmouth College's 2nd Annual Law Day on the "Immigration in 2008" panel
  • Presenting talks on "Visas After Graduation" at the following colleges & universities:  Clark, Hampshire College, Harvard Law School, Dartmouth College, Tuck School of Business, Yale Graduate Schools, University of Rochester, University of Buffalo, Mount Holyoke College
  • Presentation on "Self-Petition Options for Permanent Residence" at MIT
  • Writing a monthly Reader's Corner column for the magazine Immigration Law Today, highlighting fiction and non-fiction related to immigration and international affairs
  • Updating the article on the State Department's National Visa Center for the Visa Processing Guide published by the American Immigration Lawyer's Association (AILA)  
  • Editing The Nurse Immigration Book for ILW.com
  • Editing the book International Adoption and Other Visa Options for Children to be published by the American Immigration Lawyer's Association (AILA)
